Five Events. One Final Push. 

The road to crowning our Shaw and Partners World Ocean Series champions is officially on and the run home couldn’t be bigger. With five events still to come, the Southern State Showdown is set to deliver nonstop action as that series comes to a close in Lorne. Across the ditch to Gisborne New Zealand , and back to the Gold Coast  for the most iconic finish in surf sports.

It all kicks off as we head south to Brighton Jetty (SA) and (Lorne Vic), where critical points will be on offer and championship ambitions will be tested in classic southern conditions. From there, the series goes international, crossing the ditch to Gisborne, New Zealand, adding a whole new layer of intensity as athletes battle for valuable points on foreign sand.

Then it’s back to Australia for the final and biggest weekend in surf sports the Shaw and Partners Sunset and the legendary Shannon Eckstein Iron Classic. With 2x 10,000 points on the line, everything comes down to this. These two events will decide it all, crowning our World Ocean Series champions in what promises to be a blockbuster finale.
