Champions Rewarded: Rogers & Callaghan Drive Away with 2026 Shaw and Partners World Ocean Series Glory

The 2025/26 Shaw and Partners World Ocean Series has officially wrapped, and what better way to celebrate than handing over the keys to a brand new car.

A few weeks ago we caught up with Lana Rogers and Ethan Callaghan at Von Bibra Southport, where the newly crowned series champions signed the paperwork and drove away with their 2026 major prize, a brand new Subaru Crosstrek , made possible by Shaw and Partners Financial Services.

In a series that rewards all-round excellence across every discipline, both Rogers and Callaghan showed that consistency is the foundation of any championship campaign.

Lana Rogers was composed, smart, and relentless all season long. She was rarely outside the mix, built her title through consistent finals appearances, and always seemed to find another gear when the pressure was on. There were no shortcuts, just steady, clinical surf racing from start to finish. Shaw and Partners World Ocean Series champion Lana Rogers said "This is one is pretty special. To be able to do this twice now and to have come back from the start I had to the season, this Series has allowed me to have some confidence again when racing."

Ethan Callaghan was no different. Week after week he put himself in contention, matching and at times outperforming some of the biggest names in the sport. It was the kind of season that does not happen by accident. It takes preparation, mental toughness, and a genuine love for competing at the highest level. The Shaw and Partners World Ocean Series champion Ethan Callaghan said  "It feels pretty unbelievable. I’m really proud of my consistency against the best."Ethan is a generational talent.

Neither title came easy. Both the Ironman and Ironwoman standings were still wide open heading into the final weekend, which is exactly what this series is about. Every race matters. Every point counts. You cannot afford to switch off at any stop on the tour.

That pressure is what separates the Shaw and Partners World Ocean Series from anything else in surf sports. And in 2026, Rogers and Callaghan handled it better than anyone.

The moment became real at Von Bibra Southport. After months of racing, early mornings, long travels, and relentless competition, both champions walked away with a brand new Subaru Outback. It is a prize worthy of the effort it took to earn it.

None of this happens without Shaw and Partners Financial Services. Their ongoing commitment to the World Ocean Series continues to raise the bar for what surf sports can look like at the elite level. Life changing prizes, world class racing, and a platform that gives these athletes the recognition they deserve. That is what this partnership is delivering, season after season.

The 2026 season is done but the conversation is already shifting to what comes next. The talent coming through is exciting, the established names are not going anywhere, and the racing is only going to get more competitive.
